~ Since most furniture is now imported, there can be unexpected delays that we cannot control. While orders may come in early, many can take 8-16 weeks. We can give you an estimated time based on their history and the company’s availability report, but it is NOT GUARANTEED. If something does take longer than our estimate, we do offer a loaner crib or changer if the need arises. We do not discount your order if it arrives late.
~ If you wish to contact the store to check the status of your order, please be sure to give us the name that the order was written under. You may call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It may take several days to get an update from the company, but we will contact you as soon as we get the information.

~ Orders may be cancelled for a full refund IFit is an item normally stocked by the store and not a special order or closeout.
~ Special Orders may be cancelled for a full refund IFwe can still cancel it from the company.
~ If you choose to cancel a non-stocked special order and it cannot be cancelled, you may choose either a store credit or pay a 25% restocking fee.
~ Delivery includes carrying the items into your home and up to a second floor. They will place the furniture in the room as long as it is empty. Our deliverymen cannot move your existing furniture in the room. They will attach any hutches, wooden changing stations, or mirrors to the dresser
~ We will do our best to deliver your furniture within 1-2 weeks after furniture arrives or when you contact us to schedule delivery. It may be longer if you request a Saturday delivery.
~ Depending upon where you live, we can offer a 1 or 2 man delivery. If you choose a 1 man delivery, you must have a person there at time of delivery who is capable of helping our deliveryman carry the furniture into the house and up any flights of stairs.
~ We will do our best to schedule the delivery as soon as possible after your items arrive. It may take up to 4 weeks to schedule your delivery. It may be longer if you request a Saturday delivery.
~ The delivery fee covers a 1 time delivery. Sometimes items may be backordered, especially bed rails or toddler rails.
*You may choose to wait until everything is in for one delivery
*You may make arrangements to pick-up the backordered items
*You may pay to have items, such as rails, sent UPS.
~ We are not responsible for delayed items. If you are in need of a second delivery, there will be a second delivery fee.
~ Items must be inspected before the deliveryman leaves.
~ We ask that you call us in advance to schedule a pick-up so that we can have the items pulled from the warehouse.
~ Please be sure that your vehicle is large enough for the item(s) that you intend to pick up. Most convertible cribs will only fit in open pick-up trucks (no cap) and sometimes oversized SUVs. We can provide you with box dimensions if needed.
~ Please bring along tie downs or straps to secure furniture. If the items are floor models, it is best to bring along packing or blankets to help protect your furniture.
~ It is not recommended that boxes be opened for inspection upon pick-up, since it will compromise the protective packaging materials.
~ If you are picking up and assembling your furniture and there is a problem, it is your responsibility to bring it back for service or replacement.
~ We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks, & cash.
~ Deliveries: Payment is due either prior to delivery or at the time of delivery. If you are paying by credit card and our mobile credit card device is not available, you will be asked to call in your credit card information before the deliverymen leave your home. If you are paying by check or cash, you may pay the deliverymen directly.
~ Customer Pick-up: Payment is due either prior or at time of pick-up
~ Please email pictures and description of the problem to email@example.com We will also need production dates and model #’s from the item(s). You may email a picture of the sticker on the furniture with that information.

~ If a replacement is needed, it will take the same amount of time as the original order
~ Furniture is covered for 1 year against manufacturer defects, unless an extended warranty is offered by an individual manufacturer. Rock-A-Bye Baby will replace or repair the furniture according to the manufacturer’s provisions.
~ Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, nicks, scratches, or signs of abuse. Please refer to our Furniture Maintenancehandout for proper care of your furniture.
~ If Rock-A-Bye Baby initially delivered your furniture and you live within our delivery area, we will waive any Service Call fees 1 yearfollowing purchase. After the first year there will be a fee for Service Calls to your home and for any parts and labor.
~ If you picked up your furniture, there will be a fee for Service Calls to your home and for any parts and labor.
~ If you live outside our delivery area, you are responsible for either transporting the furniture to Rock-A-Bye Baby or pay a fee for a Service Call. This fee applies even if we initially delivered your furniture.
~ We recommend the purchase of crib conversion kits (full bed or toddler bed) at the same time as the crib. We cannot guarantee that the kits will be available after the crib purchase. Our intention is not to pressure you for an extra sale, but only to prevent disappointment in the future.
~ We cannot guarantee how long a nursery collection will be available. Companies can discontinue collections at any time without prior notice. We recommend purchasing any additional items that you may be interested in (nightstands, hutch, etc) at the same time.
~ ALL painted finishes will accentuate and highlight imperfections in the wood. This will occur in all brands and is considered normal. You may notice that joints will be highlighted along with differences in the grain of the wood. Knots will also be accentuated and may appear as cracks in the paint. This is all considered normal and part of the “beauty of wood”.
